David Pilgrim
Hi I’m David, co-founder, and the ‘Pil’ in Pillah Constructions.
I have over 30 years of experience in the building industry, and hold a Medium Rise Building Licence. Throughout this extensive time in the building and construction my solid, uncompromising work ethic has enabled me to develop and solidify strong professional relationships with many exclusive suppliers in the industry.
Myself, Josh and the team have built Pillah to be synonymous with honesty, reliability, communication, professionalism and a penchant for perfection - no matter the size of the job. Whether you need a room refresh, new bathroom, architectural new build or a solid, quality renovation: I’ll be the one (of two) answering your call, shaking your hand at our first meeting - and our last!
I am accessible and friendly, and Josh and I have created our team to reflect us as an extension of our stellar reputation.
My aim and beliefs are that every client should have an enjoyable and memorable building experience where they would not hesitate to recommend us to their family, friends and beyond.

G’day! I’m Josh, co-founder and the ‘Lah’ in Pillah Constructions. With over 15 years in the industry as a carpenter and builder, I bring a great balance of experience and fresh, modern ideas. At my core - and parallel to David - I am all about relationships, both with clients and across the building industry. After all, relationships and communication are the forefront of success, and Pillah has enviable access to industry leading suppliers, garnered solely by our professionalism and reliability.
These relationships are built on my genuine commitment to help clients achieve their vision, by working alongside them to deliver high quality projects - and on time!
David and I created Pillah Constructions on shared values of honesty, reliability, hard work and a passion for excellence. David’s depth of knowledge, exclusive network of suppliers and high industry standards are complemented by my fresh approach, trade expertise and ability to translate clients’ dreams into reality.
